Mr Jeffrey H. Buchalter is currently President and CEO of Archimedes Pharma Limited, a specialty pharmaceutical company marketing and selling an expanding portfolio of specialist products to hospital-based prescribers in major European territories and serves as a Director on the company's Board of Directors.

Mr Buchalter was previously President, CEO, and board director of Enzon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Ilex Oncology, Inc. as well as Group Vice President and Global Head of the Worldwide Oncology at Pharmacia Corporation.

During his career, Mr Buchalter has also held positions at Wyeth and the Schering-Plough Corporation.

Moreover, Mr Buchalter serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Childhood Cancer Foundation.

Mr Buchalter has experience in executive management, industry, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of pharmaceutical products as well as therapies for cancer patients.

Mr Buchalter received his B.S. in Finance from Seton Hall University and his MBA in marketing from Temple University.
