Strategy for 2012

Our strategy to accomplish our goal is clear:

• We will accelerate the development of belinostat pivotal trials in selected indications that allow registration in key global markets
• We will develop and commercialize belinostat in North America together with our partner Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc
• We will build our commercial business in Europe, in Japan, and in Asia to optimize our value
