mTOR InhibitorsIn May 2006, TopoTarget acquired the full rights to an mTOR discovery programme from BioImage. The lead compound is currently undergoing pre-clinical development, and a number of other compounds from the compound series are being evaluated as possible next generation mTOR pathway inhibitors.
